Mary Washington's Anna Corley and Dallas Tarkenton Selected for NCAA Swimming Championships

Mary Washington seniors Dallas Tarkenton and Anna Corley have been selected to compete at the 2017 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships. It marks the second-straight NCAA appearance for both UMW swimmers. 

The championships will be held March 15-18 at the Conroe ISD Natatorium in Shenandoah, Texas.  The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and the City of Shenandoah will serve as hosts.  A total of 527 participants (479 swimmers and 48 divers) will compete in the championships.

Tarkenton will swim in the 100 yard butterfly, an event in which he was an All-American a year ago, as well as the 200 IM and 200 butterfly. He is seeded fourth in the 100 fly.

Corley will compete in the 200 yard individual medley, which she is seeded ninth, as well as the 400 IM and 100 freestyle.
