Colin Zwickert, Infant Son Of Wesley Men's Lacrosse Coach, Gains Support Of Many In Fight For Life
Here is the link to a feature story on one-year-old Colin Zwickert, son of Wesley College men's lacrosse coach Christian Zwickert, who has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy.
He wasn't supposed to live through one week, much less one year. He suffers from hearing and vision loss as well as chronic pneumonia. He can't swallow. He takes eight drugs, one of which costs $4,000 a month. He undergoes speech, physical, occupational and vision therapy several times a week.
And he's the focus of support from many locally and in the men's lacrosse community.
