Salisbury senior defender Tara McGovern was a first-team choice and was among four CAC players named to the 2011 ECAC Mid-Atlantic Field Hockey All-Star team.

McGovern, a four-time first-team All-CAC honoree who was recently named to the Longstreth All-America team, led Salisbury to an 18-2 overall record and the CAC championship.

Second-team ECAC regional honorees include Salisbury senior defender Shannon Hanratty, senior goalie Anna Cooke and Wesley sophomore midfielder Madison Leone.
